The timescale we are working to is 3-5 working days. The team are working long hours to pack your orders and get them to you as swiftly as possible.

Creating jobs

Our manufacturing facilities are on top of the stock levels, no problem, we have just never had to dispatch at these levels before. As an original a cloth and suit manufacturer, people don’t buy bespoke suits at the rate of masks!! So we have expanded the dispatch team, which has provided some people with a job who had lost theirs during the COVID 19 crisis, and it means that we can keep up with demand.

Postal services are overwhelmed

Also, remember that postal services are overwhelmed right now with their own staffing shortages and the increase of online orders. Apparently every day for them is like the volume of deliveries they make around Christmas time. So this may delay your order, and it is beyond our control.
